This post shows you how to get paid to watch ads. Watching ads for money is a low-effort way to make cash, but finding good opportunities is a challenge.
I’ve made Ā£13.34 from watching ads last year. It’s not a lot, but all I did was let ads run in the background. I tried several different sites, and below are the best of those.

4. InstaGC

The get-paid-to-site InstaGC rewards you for watching ads, taking surveys, and other tasks. As a reward, you can choose from 330 gift cards.

5. Zoombucks

6. Earnably
Watch paid ads from Hideout and VideoFox and earn money by taking surveys and engaging with offers on Earnably. In exchange, you can get PayPal, gift cards, and e-wallet codes.
7. ySense

ySense is a āglobal online community with multiple earning optionsā. Other sites call ySense a survey site. This isn’t wrong, but ySense offers much more than surveys.

8. InboxPounds (InboxDollars)

InboxPounds, or InboxDollars, is a market research panel that offers money for watching ads. The platform features videos and TV content. You can watch on your computer or smartphone, and the videos change daily.
You can watch up to 30 videos per day. Most videos pay 5 to 25 cents each, but sometimes you can earn up to $25. The minimum payout threshold is $30; you’ll get your money through PayPal.

Members of iRazoo get paid to watch ads on iRazoo TV and share their opinions on ads. Access over 50 video channels and earn money by completing daily goals and reading emails.
iRazoo is one of the most popular reward programs on the web. Your rewards come as gift cards or PayPal cash. The minimum payout threshold is $5.
10. GPTPlanet

Get-paid-to(GPT) sites are online platforms that pay you to complete simple tasks. This may include watching ads or doing sign-ups on third-party sites.

11. Freecash

Freecash is a rewards and get-paid-to (GPT) website. Sign up for free and earn money completing tasks. With Freecash, you can find plenty of ads on the offer walls. 12. Nielson Computer and Mobile Panel

By installing the Nielson computer and mobile panel app, you can earn up to £60 per year. The app pays you to use the internet like normal: watch videos, browse, shop, and more. You can redeem your earned points for gift cards; the minimum payout threshold is £5.

13. WeAre8

WeAre8 is a social media platform similar to TikTok. Users connect with their friends and post short videos on the platform.
Contrary to other social media platforms, WeAre8 aims to build a hate-free community that can improve the world. Another benefit of WeAre8 is that users can earn money on the platform by watching short ads. Read more in my WeAre8 review.
14. CreationRewards
The get-paid-to site CreationRewards pays members for watching video ads, taking surveys, and other tasks. You can redeem points for gift cards.
15. Opinion Outpost (Formerly Vindale Research)
Opinion Outpost is a well-known free survey site that also pays for watching ads. You can start earning by visiting the āvideosā tab on your survey page. Payouts per survey can be as high as $50. You can withdraw your earnings using PayPal; the minimum payout threshold is $50.
16. QuickRewards
QuickRewards rewards people for watching videos, completing surveys, playing games, and shopping online. You’ll get your payout within 72 hours. You can redeem the cash you earned through PayPal or different gift cards.
17. Slicethepie
On Slicethepie, you can watch TV ads, movie trailers, and more for money. You don’t earn much from watching clips, so reaching the withdrawal threshold might take a while (Ā£9). But after that, you can cash out via PayPal.
Slicethepie does have a good mobile app, though. Let it run on your phone and have another ad playing on your computer.
18. Subtitle Writer
There are more unconventional ways to get paid to watch ads. For example, you can watch trailers, TV ads, and other short videos as a subtitle writer. You can be a subtitle writer without experience. Anyone can set up a gig on Fiverr and offer subtitle writing.

19. Taking Part in Studies
Another way to get paid to watch ads is to participate in research. Some studies ask participants to watch a short video clip and discuss it or answer questions. You can find research opportunities that involve watching videos on university websites, clinical trial sites, or Facebook groups.

The good point about watching ads is that you do not need to pay attention. You can run multiple websites or apps alongside each other to get double or triple the rewards. You can also combine watching ads with completing surveys or other tasks.
