Are you ready to profit from surveys but get the Qmee no surveys error? It is always annoying if you want to earn money from surveys, but none show up on your Qmee account.

I’ve been using Qmee for years and have encountered this error a few times. Luckily, I’ve always been able to solve it. Below, you can find my solutions.

If you are unable to see surveys on Qmee, there are several approaches you can try. Firstly, waiting often helps as there may be no surveys available. You may also need to adjust your settings or device.

What Is Qmee?

Qmee is a get-paid-to site. It enables you to make money from completing simple tasks, most commonly surveys. Qmee is a popular website and app because it has no payout threshold, even for PayPal withdrawals.

Yet, many users complain that they don’t get surveys. Instead, you may see a message: “Oh Dear! There seems to be something wrong with your account!”

How to Fix Qmee No Surveys Error

1. Opt in to Receive Surveys

You have probably opted to receive surveys. However, if you have not, you can fix your issue by opting in. To opt in, navigate to the survey section. After opting in, surveys may take a day to appear in the survey section.

2. Wait

In most cases, waiting solves the issue. There may be no surveys for your demographics. For example, if the survey provider is looking for people from a specific area. If you live elsewhere, you won’t see the survey.

Another reason why you might not be getting surveys is technical errors. Check the Qmee subreddit to see if others have the same problem. If you still do not see any surveys after 24 hours, try one of the solutions listed below.

3. Use a Different Device

Some surveys are specifically formatted for a device. Surveys formatted for the mobile app may not appear on the web platform and vice versa. Try using different devices, such as:

  • Mobile phone
  • Computer/laptop
  • Tablet

4. Use the Qmee App on Your Phone

If you use Qmee on your phone, use the app, not the web browser. The same applies to a computer: use the web browser, not the mobile app. Qmee may not be able to show surveys on a mobile browser. Equally, you may get an error if you use the mobile app on a computer.

5. Update the App or Your Browser

If you still don’t see any surveys, check that you have the newest app or browser version. You can confirm your version in the App Store or Google Play.

6. Complete Your Profile

The more details you enter into your profile, the more surveys you get. Surveys often target specific demographics. If Qmee can see that you fit the required demographic category, it will show you the survey. Also, check that your profile information is up-to-date. This will prevent you from being screened out due to inconsistencies.

7. Enable Webcam and PII Surveys

You must use a webcam or enter personally identifiable information (PII) for some surveys. You won’t see these surveys unless you enable them. Go to the survey section and click the buttons in the top left corner. Webcam and PII surveys also pay better than other surveys, so enabling them is worth it.

8. Allow Device Matching and Accurate Matching

Device matching means that Qmee can use your device identifiers. Accurate matching means you allow survey providers to ask for personal information, including:

  •  Ethnicity
  • Health
  • Political views
  • Religion

By using device matching and accurate matching, you will get more surveys. You will likely see surveys in the survey section.

9. Do Not Use a VPN

A virtual private network (VPN) may reroute your connection through a country that does not support Qmee. For this reason, you may not be able to see surveys when using Qmee via a VPN. Disconnect your VPN to check if surveys appear. You may need to log out and back in to see a change.

10. Use a Different Survey Site

It is not worth spending too much time trying to solve issues. There are plenty of other great get-paid-to and survey sites to make money. One example is ySense. Read more in my ySense review.
